Eisner Names New Recruitment Leader

Eisner LLP has announced that Ronald E. Taylor has joined the firm as director of recruiting operations and diversity.

Mr. Taylor will focus on coordinating the firm's internal recruitment strategies and build upon Eisner's work/life culture while continuing to strengthen the depth of expertise and diversity within the firm. He formerly served with a Big Four firm as the national strategy and operations diversity recruiting director. He is very active in the civic and professional community, serving as a board member of Harlem's Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities; member of the board of trustees of St. Anthony's High School in Jersey City, New Jersey; a board member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources; a lifetime member of the National Association of Black Accountants; and a member of the AICPA's Minority Initiatives Committee.

Eisner LLP has announced the admission of Arthur Drucker to partnership in the firm.

Mr. Drucker is a new partner in Eisner's internal audit and risk management services group. He brings more than 35 years of public accounting experience to the firm. In addition to his Sarbanes-Oxley and auditing and accounting expertise, Mr. Drucker has performed specialized including internal auditing, systems and operational reviews, merger and acquisition due diligence and royalty audits.

Mr. Drucker also has experience with taking companies public and the ongoing reporting and monitoring requirements. His clients have ranged from start-up entities to Fortune 1000 corporations, with a concentration in entrepreneurial services and mid-market companies. Prior to joining Eisner, he was a partner with two CPA firms, including a Big Four firm, and was the CFO of a technology company.
