McNees to Host Food & Beverage Seminar on Sept. 14 at Hollywood Casino


McNees Wallace & Nurick will host its first Food & Beverage Seminar on September 14 at the Hollywood Casino in Grantville, Pa. from noon until 5 p.m.

The seminar will focus on current trends in the food and beverage industry and will feature McNees attorneys covering issues in marketing, labor and employment and recalls, with a closing panel discussion on the latest developments facing the industry.

Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture Russell C. Redding will deliver the Keynote Address, and panelists include food regulatory/nutrition scientist Joan Apgar, formerly of the Hershey Company, John Daly, the Food and Beverage Manager of the Hotel Hershey, Rich DiFrischia, Vice President and General Counsel of Knouse Foods Cooperative, Inc., and Andy Stuffick, Chief of Investigations of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

McNees Food and Beverage attorneys Brian Gregg, Food and Beverage Chair, Fritz Kriete, and Kimberly Selemba will serve as panelists along with McNees Labor & Employment attorney Adam Santucci, and McNees Intellectual Property attorney Lois Duquette.
