Private Equity and M&A Infrastructure Partner James MacArthur to join Weil in London

International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges today announced that James MacArthur will join the firm as a partner in the Corporate practice. He will be based in Weil’s London office and will focus on private equity and M&A transactions in the infrastructure and real estate sectors.

Mr. MacArthur is a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills. He has broad experience acting for both corporate and private equity sponsors across infrastructure and real estate.

At Weil, Mr. MacArthur will focus on boosting the Firm’s global private equity and M&A infrastructure and real estate offering across the United States, Europe and Asia. He will specialize in global private equity and M&A infrastructure and real estate transactions, working closely with Weil’s market-leading Private Equity, Banking and Funds teams across the Firm’s international offices.
