DTI Knowledge Solutions Adds Charlotte To Document Review and Knowledge Center Network, Adds New Director Of Sales

DTI (www.dtiglobal.com) the nation’s largest privately held independent provider of e-discovery, legal process outsourcing and facilities management services, has expanded its network of highly secure Knowledge Centers to now include Charlotte, North Carolina. This latest center of excellence joins the DTI family through the previously announced acquisition of Applied Discovery.

“Charlotte is now fully integrated into our Knowledge Center network and is available immediately to all of DTI’s legacy clients, many of whom are enthusiastic about the benefits and specialized talent available in this new location,” states Jason Brennan, chief operating officer of DTI Knowledge Solutions.

Consistent with DTI’s other Document Review and Knowledge Centers, the Charlotte facility will house a wide range of document review and related legal process outsourcing (LPO) services. The center, which will accommodate 150-plus professionals, will serve as the company’s hub for supporting a variety of industries, including the burgeoning needs of the financial sector.

DTI’s network of Document Review and Knowledge Centers enables clients to transfer mission-critical LPO, BPO and document review projects to our highly secure and cost-effective platform. The addition of Charlotte increases the capacity of the existing network to more than 1,200 seats in the United States and Manila, Philippines.

DTI has announced that industry veteran Scott Burton is joining the team as the company’s newest director of sales for the West Coast market. In this role, Mr. Burton is responsible for working with DTI’s existing team to continue growing DTI’s managed services customer base in the western United States.

Mr. Burton is a seasoned veteran of the legal and corporate management services outsourcing business, with nearly twenty years of experience in the field. He has been a leader in consultative accounts within the industry for many years.
