Kramer Levin Presents Seminar:PERM And The Recruitment Process

On Tuesday, October 28, Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP will host a program designed to address the many questions and issues surrounding the PERM recruitment regulations. The seminar will take place at the Kramer Levin offices, 1177 Avenue of the Americas, Concourse Level One, New York, New York, beginning at noon with registration and adjourning at 1:45 p.m. Lunch will be included in the program.

The panel of expert speakers includes Ted Ruthizer, Mark Koestler, Allison Gray, Naomi Schorr and William Johnson, all of Kramer Levin. Topics to be featured include what an employer must do to comply with all legal requirements during the recruitment process, the impact of layoffs on the process, the effects of cut-backs in hours and salaries for foreign national employees, interviewing procedures and the role of outside immigration counsel in providing guidance.
