On March 25, 2015, the Supreme Court hears argument in White Stallion Energy Center v. EPA, a challenge to the EPA's Mercury and Air Toxics Standards. This is the leading environmental case of the term and may have significant ramifications not only for the power sector but for future rule-making under the Clean Air Act. The Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources Section of the D.C. Bar and the Environmental Law Institute will co-present a program where leading practitioners will provide their perspectives on oral argument, the various directions the Court might go, and how such decisions might impact future actions by the Environmental Protection Agency.
