Stradley Ronon Partner Elected Vice President Of Federal Circuit Historical Society

Stradley Ronon partner Kevin Casey was elected as vice president of the Federal Circuit Historical Society, an organization dedicated to preserving the history and heritage of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

As chair of the firm's IP practice group and co-chair of its ADR practice group, Mr. Casey has counseled clients for almost a quarter-century in all aspects of the IP field, encompassing patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and related matters and including resolution of IP disputes.

Stradley Ronon has added Michael Migliaccio as of counsel to its 25-attorney finance & restructuring practice group. He will be based in the firm's Philadelphia office.

With more than 15 years of experience in commercial lending, finance and restructuring, Mr. Migliaccio will advise Stradley Ronon's banking and other financial institution clients in all aspects of commercial restructuring and finance.
