Ballard's Partner Elected As ACCL Governor

Lynn Axelroth, partner in the Real Estate Department at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, has been appointed to a three-year term on The American College of Construction Lawyers' (ACCL) Board of Governors.ACCL is one of the premier organizations for U.S. real estate lawyers. It comprises the top 1 percent of lawyers admitted to the construction bar in the U.S., and includes lawyers and judges from Canada, Britain and France.

Ms. Axelroth represents corporate, institutional, developer, individual and public owners, public/private joint venturers, lenders, prime and trade contractors, and design professionals in all aspects of complex commercial real estate development, construction and design contracts, financing, and alternative dispute resolution.She has chaired Ballard's Construction Practice Group, and was managing partner of its Philadelphia office. She is an elected fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and an elected member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
