Stradley Ronon partner Danielle Banks has been appointed co-chair of the Women in the Profession Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association. The Committee focuses its efforts on issues related to the careers and advancement of women in the practice of law in the Philadelphia area including monitoring existing conditions and trends, conducting special programs and working towards increasing numbers of women attorneys.
As a partner in the firm's litigation practice group, Danielle Banks represents companies and individuals in employment law matters, including claims brought under Title VII, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. She also defends clients in Section 1983, Title VI and Fair Housing Act matters. Additionally, her practice also includes products liability litigation as well as other complex commercial litigation.
Stradley Ronon attorney and former City of Philadelphia Inspector General R. Seth Williams was named the eastern Pennsylvania Coordinator for the Obama presidential campaign. Mr. Williams will be responsible for the petition drive for Senator Barack Obama and his committed delegates as well as the field campaign in the seven congressional districts of eastern Pennsylvania.
Based in the firm's Philadelphia office, Mr. Williams focuses his practice on general litigation matters involving governmental relations, nonprofit and religious organizations, securities enforcement, corporate compliance, internal investigations and white-collar crime. As Inspector General Williams was responsible for the investigation of alleged corruption, fraud and waste in the municipal government.

In her real estate practice, Ms. Galante focuses on the investment, financing, development, leasing, purchase and sale of commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and low-income housing projects.
