Jones Day Ranks First In BTI Client Service Survey

The BTI Consulting Group's 7th annual national Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms reveals that Jones Day ranks first among the top 30 law firms - the firms that perform 4 to 15 times better than all others in client service.Jones Day, at the pinnacle of client service, is a four-time winner and client hall-of famer.Sidley Austin, a three-time winner and fellow hall-of-famer, ranks number two.Baker & McKenzie, Sullivan & Cromwell and Kirkland & Ellis round out the top five.

"The BTI Client Service 30 have increased their lead over other law firms," says Michael B. Rynowecer, president at BTI.

According to the survey, only five exceptional law firms have delivered superior client service performance seven years in a row: Jones Day, Latham, Morgan Lewis, Sidley Austin and Skadden. New firms on the top 30 list include Proskauer Rose, K&L Gates and Thompson Hine.
