Commercial Litigator Joins Goodwin Procter

Goodwin Procter LLP has announced the addition of partner Brian D. Hail, a lawyer with extensive experience in commercial litigation.

Mr. Hail has advised clients on complex litigation involving securities fraud claims, mass torts, insurance disputes and contract disputes. Previously a partner at Haynes & Boone, Mr. Hail has represented both domestic and international clients in federal and state courts throughout the United States and will be resident in Goodwin Procter's New York office.

Mr. Hail concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, including representation of financial institutions, hedge funds, private investors and investment banks in various civil and insolvency matters. His representation of domestic and international clients in federal and state courts throughout the U.S. includes bankruptcy court as well as in connection with investigations brought by federal and state governmental authorities.
