Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP has announced that noted transactional finance lawyer Steven M. Miller has joined the Philadelphia office as partner in the Business & Finance Department.

Mr. Miller concentrates his practice activities in financial services, including secured and asset-based lending. He represents banks, commercial finance companies, mezzanine lenders and hedge funds.

Mr. Miller is active in several areas of finance, including loan syndications and participations, inter-creditor relationships and loan restructuring.
