Former Bank Counsel Joins Loeb & Loeb

Loeb & Loeb LLP has announced that Edward D. Russell has joined the firm's Nashville office as of counsel in the Litigation Department where his practice focuses primarily on title insurance and real estate litigation, as well as the representation of creditors in bankruptcy in connection with enforcement of their rights and their protection from debtor fraud.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Mr. Russell was vice president and chief trial counsel at Fidelity National Title Company.

Loeb & Loeb has announced that Martin Pollner, a partner in the firm's New York office and co-chair of the firm's White Collar Defense Practice Group, was honored by The City College of New York (CCNY) Alumni Association with a Townsend Harris Medal at the CCNY Alumni Associations 127th Annual dinner October 18. Named for CCNY's founder, the Townsend Harris Medal is an award bestowed upon CCNY Alumni who have demonstrated excellence in their professions and brought honor to the country.
