Loeb & Loeb Promotes Six To Partnership

Loeb & Loeb LLP has announced that six associates have been named to the firm partnership. Kevin Eisenberg, Jeffrey Fried and Laura Maines Vasey of the New York office and David Grossman, Loretta Thompson and Lawrence Venick of the Los Angeles office have all been promoted to partner.

Mr. Eisenberg represents a wide array of national senior lenders, second lien lenders, mezzanine debt funds, private equity funds and private equity sponsor groups in all types of financing transactions.

Mr. Fried has worked on numerous asset-based financing and factoring transactions for major money center financial institutions and investment banks.

Mr. Grossman's practice focuses on intellectual property and business litigation, representing a variety of clients in all aspects of litigation.

Ms. Thompson's practice includes negotiating and facilitating real estate acquisitions and dispositions as well as handling tax exchanges for national REITs, corporations and individuals.

Ms. Vasey's experience is in the defense of complex securities fraud actions and related fraud, contract, and tort claims.

Mr. Venick's practice focuses on the representation of both public and private emerging growth companies, as well as financial institutions.
