On the national level, the firm ranked third in the wealth management practice area and fourth in the franchising practice area. G. Warren Whitaker, partner in the firm's Individual Clients Department, received a national number two ranking in wealth management for the eastern region.

Day Pitney has announced that it has relocated its Washington, DC office to further support the firm's growing Energy and Homeland Security practices, while also enhancing its transactional and finance practices. The new office will be located at 1100 New York Avenue, NW, Suite 300, Washington, DC. Richard Lorenzo, Arthur Adelberg and Jay Matson, continue to be located in the DC office.
