Amper, Politziner & Mattia recently strengthened their commitment to their long-held marketing philosophy by hiring four new marketing professionals, bringing the total department to 10 people.

"Our firm has grown tremendously in the past few years through the addition of more services, more specialties and an expanded geographic reach," explains Michael Mattia, the firm's director of marketing. "That has added greater demand for marketing support, and we realized the need to add more players to our marketing team."

Jeffrey Ward joins Amper as the senior marketing manager for the firm's Bridgewater Office. Mr. Ward's background is based in business development and marketing for a number of different industry segments.

Diane Griffith joins Amper's Edison office as marketing manager. She brings more than 16 years of marketing and public relations experience to Amper.

Jamie Garbowski joins Amper as marketing coordinator for their Wall office. A marketing communications professional with over nine years of experience, she will be responsible for all facets of marketing and public relations for that location.

Towanda Long, the marketing coordinator for the Hackensack office, worked in a variety of communication positions including project management, branding, television sales and marketing.
