Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. has announced that member Peter D. Hutcheon has been selected for inclusion in the 62nd edition of Marquis' Who's Who in America for 2008.
Mr. Hutcheon was chairman of the New Jersey Corporate and Business Law Study Commission from 1989 until 2002. He also chaired the New Jersey Securities Advisory Committee, appointed by the attorney general from 1995 until 2001, and has served as the ABA's Liaison to the New Jersey Bureau of Securities for more than 25 years.
