Jorden Burt Elects Three Partners

The law firm of Jorden Burt LLP has announced that Enrique D. Arana, Marvin C. (Chip) Lunde, III and Shaunda Patterson-Strachan have been elected partners of the firm.

Mr. Arana, resident in the Miami office, focuses his practice on major litigation.

Mr. Lunde, resident in the Washington, DC office, focuses his practice on investment company and investment adviser regulation.

Ms. Patterson-Strachan, resident in the Washington, DC office, focuses her practice on representing insurance and financial services companies in class action and other high-impact litigation, ERISA litigation, and general commercial litigation, at both the trial and appellate court levels, throughout the United States.

Joan E. Boros, a partner with Jorden Burt, recently was elected to the Board of Directors of RIIA, the Retirement Income Industry Association. Ms. Boros will also serve as chair on the Compliance Standards Committee at RIIA. Ms. Boros specializes in securities, corporate, and insurance law.
