M. Mark Lee Joins Eisner LLP

Eisner LLP has announced that M. Mark Lee has joined the firm as a principal in Eisner's legal support practice group.

Mr. Lee brings to the firm and our law firm clients more than 35 years of experience in business valuation and corporate finance. He formerly served in a Big 4 firm as principal-in-charge of their northeast valuation services practice and established the firm's fairness opinion practice. Prior to that, he served as vice-chairman of the valuation committee at a major financial services firm. In addition, Mr. Lee has provided expert testimony and trial support in litigation matters.

Mr. Lee has authored numerous articles on valuations and is a frequent speaker before attorneys, trade associations, educational groups, and other professional groups. He also is an adjunct associate professor teaching business valuation at the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies. He was an emeritus member and past vice chairman of the Valuation Committee of the ESOP Association, and is a member of the Appraisal Industry Task Force.

Harold Adrion recently joined Eisner as a tax principal specializing in international tax. He has advised U.S. and foreign-based multinational public and privately held enterprises and individuals on domestic and international tax issues for more than 25 years.
