Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Joins Saul Ewing As Partner

Saul Ewing LLP has announced that Christopher R. Hall, a former U.S. assistant attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, has joined the firm as partner in the Litigation Department.

Mr. Hall brings to Saul Ewing 16 years of experience in federal multi-agency investigations involving securities, healthcare, government contracts, public corruption, and environmental and tax violations. As a member of Saul Ewing's White Collar/Government Enforcement, Life Sciences, and Corporate Governance practice groups, Mr. Hall focuses his practice on the defense, financial service, healthcare and life sciences industries.

Mr. Hall has tried more than 30 cases to verdict in federal courts and prosecuted one of the first criminal healthcare trials brought to trial in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, for which he received the Director's Award from the U.S. Department of Justice. He was named Prosecutor of the Year by the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators in 1999. Mr. Hall has extensive experience establishing and implementing industry-specific compliance programs and in negotiating settlements on behalf of the federal government.
