Kirkpatrick's New York office recently welcomed Sandy K. Feldman to its M&A practice. Mr. Feldman focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other business relationships and related financings. He also has experience representing purchases of distressed companies, including acquisitions of assets in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

Kirkpatrick's Miami office recently welcomed Paul F. Hancock to its litigation practice. Mr. Hancock comes to the firm from Hogan & Hartson L.L.P. Prior to his tenure with that firm, Paul spent two decades in the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and subsequently served as the deputy attorney general for the state of Florida, during which time he directed all of the attorney general's programs in Southern Florida.

At K&LNG, Mr. Hancock focuses his practice on litigation and government enforcement relating to the financial services industry.
