Fios Inc. will host a CLE seminar on new federal e-discovery rules for the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America.
The program, titled Zubulake, the Federal Rules, Ethics and Beyond: Perspectives for Corporate Counsel, will take place on Tuesday, October 3 from 8:15 to 11 a.m. at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York City. Breakfast will be included.
Attendees will gain a better understanding of the pending amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and what general counsel must do to address the amendments and how to apply the lessons learned in Zubulake in current practice.
The program moderator will be Mary Mack, technology counsel, Fios Inc. Other presenters will include: Laura Zubulake, plaintiff in Zubulake v. UBS Warburg; the Hon. Ronald J.
