Georgia Bullitt Joins Morgan Lewis

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP has announced that Georgia Bullitt has joined the firm as a partner in the Securities Practice and the Investment Management Practice.

Ms. Bullitt will focus on securities, derivatives, equity sales and trading, and private wealth management. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, SEC reporting, private banking, equity brokerage, and equity derivatives.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Bullitt was executive director and global general counsel for Morgan Stanley's private high net worth business and Senior Counsel for Morgan Stanley's retail capital markets and alternative investment groups. Before covering the high net worth and retail brokerage groups, Georgia was the senior equity derivatives counsel for Morgan Stanley, with responsibility as well for advising on equity sales and trading matters.

Morgan Lewis also announced that Lawrence A. Gross will be joining the firm as a partner in the firm's Business & Finance Practice Group. Until recently, Mr. Gross was the chief legal officer of SunGard Data Systems, a global leader in software and processing solutions for financial services, higher education and the public sector, as well as the pioneer and leading provider of disaster recovery and other information availability services.
