Several Attorneys Named Counsel At Pitney Hardin

Pitney Hardin LLP has announced that Scott W. Goodman, Jeffrey S. Mandel, and Randy K. Rutherford have been named counsel to the firm resident in the Morristown office.

Mr. Goodman is a member of the firm's Corporate, Mergers & Acquisi-tions, and Capital Markets practice groups.

Mr. Rutherford also is a member of the firm's Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Capital Markets practice groups. His practice focuses on securities and general corporate representation, counseling public and private companies and boards of directors.

Mr. Mandel is a member of the firm's Litigation practice group and his practice focuses on complex toxic tort litigation, personal injury, contract, criminal law, and general litigation.

Pitney Hardin has announced that John L. Dauer, Jr. has joined the firm as counsel with the Intellectual Property Group, resident in the New York office. Mr. Dauer's practice includes litigation, counseling, and transactional work.

Pitney Hardin announced that Marc A. Lieberstein, partner in the Intellectual Property group, resident in the New York office, was sworn in as chairperson of the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School Alumni Association for 2006-2008.
