CSC Acquires Majority InterestIn FTF Technologies Inc.

FTF Technologies Inc. (FTF), a leading provider of document management and storage solutions for the patent industry, under the brand name First to File, has announced that Corporation Service Company (CSC) has acquired a majority ownership interest.The new system will be marketed and sold by CSC and FTF.

'The investment in FTF,' said Faisal Shah, CEO of FTF, 'will be used to enhance FTF's enterprise document management and storage system, which already manages and stores hundreds of thousands of patent case files and millions of documents, and will be targeted to patent attorneys and patent administrators worldwide.
