Neil Cummings, a partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, has been named a Contributing Editor of International Financial Law Review (IFLR) , one of the world's top publications for in-house counsel and practitioners in the financial markets. Mr. Cummings was given the appointment for his legal expertise in banking and sophisticated financial transactions. One of only six lawyers from North America chosen, Mr. Cummings will serve on the editorial panel for one year beginning in September.

IFLR is read by a worldwide audience of nearly 16,750 financial lawyers at both firms and in-house. As a contributing editor, Mr. Cummings will be active in generating ideas for commissioned articles, columns, roundtables and forum topics for the publication. He will also write a quarterly column on a current topic or trend in the market, and will review articles from other authors. In addition, contributing editors provide ideas and feedback from the market to the IFLR staff.

Mr. Cummings is a member of Proskauer's Corporate Department and heads the Leveraged Finance Practice in the firm's Los Angeles office.
