Eisner LLP, a middle-market accounting and business advisory services firm, has announced that Jim Connors has been promoted to partner in the firm's not-for-profit practice group, as the firm continues its rapid growth.
Mr. Connors brings his 22 years of experience with commercial and not-for-profit auditing, accounting and taxation/compliance issues to his new role as a partner in the not-for-profit practice. His expertise encompasses traditional audit engagements as well as audits with reporting requirements related to government funding, such as those required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the New York State Consolidated Fiscal Report, and OMB Circulars A-128 and A 133.
Eisner also has announced that Dennis Neier and Charles Hazelcorn and have joined the firm as partners in Eisner's growing legal support practice group.
Mr. Neier provides litigation consulting, expert witness, and forensic accounting services to law firms, arbitrators, mediators, courts, insurance companies and in-house counsel.
Mr. Hazelcorn offers considerable expertise in providing litigation consulting services concerning stockholder disputes, employee contract claims, and commercial damage assessments in breach of contract litigation. He also has extensive experience in financial reporting violations.
