With the recent launch of its new brand, SPI Technologies will be known simply as SPi. Supported by greater market recognition of a single brand, and based on its clients' needs for a single, multi-faceted outsourcing service provider, SPi seeks to leverage its multiple competencies and synergies to provide better value to its clients.
The change means that SPi's portfolio companies (SPI Healthcare Documentation, SPI Litigation Direct, SPI Publisher Services and SPI Transact) will be consolidated under the master brand, SPi. SPi stands for Solutions, People and Innovation. The initiative also includes the launch of a new website for the company: www.spi-bpo.com.
The renewed SPi logo is a new take on an old symbol, the infinity ring. 'We chose this logo because it implies continuity, stability and by extension quality,' said Peter Maquera, vice president of the Corporate Department. 'These values are necessary to the success of our business. SPi's outsourcing services are all about quality and strategic partnerships, for today and for the long term.'
The launch of the company's new identity builds on the momentum generated by the opening of the e-Discovery Data Center in Austin, TX and the acquisition of a BPO company in India. SPi also was recognized recently in two separate citations for outsourcing companies. The company is now ranked among the Top 10 Best Performing BPO Service Providers and the Top 10 Leaders in Human Capital Development by the Global Services Survey for 2005. SPi also was named Global Outsourcing Leader by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals in The Global Outsourcing 100 List.
