Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A., has announced its merger with New York City law firm Szold & Brandwen, P.C. The merged entity will continue to do business under the name Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A.
As a result of the merger, Norris McLaughlin now employs more than 100 practicing attorneys. Four members, three associates and two paralegals, in addition to various staff from Szold & Brandwen, P.C., have joined Norris McLaughlin.

Falls (associate), commercial litigation, real estate & land use; Ezra N. Goodman (member), cooperative & condominium law, real estate & land use, construction; J. Joan Hon (associate), commercial litigation, not-for-profit organizations; Dean M. Roberts (member), cooperative & condominium law, real estate & land use, commercial litigation; Karol Smith Robinson (associate), cooperative & condominium law, real estate & land use, not-for-profit organizations, corporate governance; Burt Allen Solomon (member), cooperative & condominium law, real estate & land use, estate planning & administration, corporate governance, banking & financial services.
