Two Attorneys Named Kelley Drye Partners

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has announced that Avery Fischer and Adam Kokas have become partners in the firm's Corporate Department, practicing in the New York office.

Mr. Fischer, who was formerly of counsel, focuses his practice on general corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing matters. He has significant experience in venture capital, private equity financings and all phases of business structuring, and has represented a variety of companies in registered public offerings, private placements, and Rule 144A high-yield offerings. Mr. Fischer also has extensive in-house general counsel, senior management and business experience and has particular industry experience in international telecommunications, media and technology.

Mr. Kokas, who formerly was an associate, focuses his practice on general corporate, securities and business law, including corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate governance matters, venture capital and emerging growth companies, joint ventures and other strategic alliances.
