Peter Laberee and Vincent Vietti have joined the Princeton office of Fox Rothschild. Mr. Laberee and Mr. Vietti bring with them over 30 years of experience in corporate finance law.
Mr. Laberee has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and bank finance. He has handled sophisticated transactions for various industries, including software, information technology, manufacturing, premises security, and telecommunications.
Mr. Vietti practices in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and securities law. He serves as outside corporate counsel to a number of small and midsized public and private companies, focusing on debt and equity securities offerings, SEC reporting, and compliance matters.
Damon Tyner, an attorney in the Atlantic City Office of Fox Rothschild LLP, was recently appointed by the Transition Team of Governor-elect Jon S. Corzine to serve on the Revitalizing and Investing in Communities Policy Committee. The committee will assist the governor-elect in attaining solutions that are consistent with the positions taken throughout the campaign on issues such as gang violence, education and opportunity, job creation and business promotion, minority contracting, child welfare system improvements, and affordable and available housing. Mr. Tyner's law practice consists of real estate development, zoning and planning issues and land use matters, municipal and education law.
