Duff & Phelps Hires Two Managing Directors

Duff & Phelps, a leading provider of independent financial advisory services, has announced that Michael T. Dougherty and Lucy Clark Dougherty have joined the company's Dispute Counseling & Forensic Advisory Services practice, concentrating in fraud, forensic and investigative services. The new Managing Directors bring unique government and investigative experience, and will drive the company's service offerings in anti-money laundering, investigations, financial fraud, forensic accounting, compliance and risk assessment.

Mr. Dougherty served with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as the Deputy and Director of Operations for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the nation's largest federal law enforcement entity.

Ms. Clark Dougherty served as General Counsel on President Bush's Transition Team for DHS, becomingthe first chief legal officer of DHS,with responsibility for establishingand supervising the legal andregulatory framework necessary for the merger of 22 agencies into a $40 billion entity.
