Housing Project Groundbreaking

Anthony P. La Rocco, administrative partner in the Newark, NJ office of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP (K&LNG) was recently honored by The Flame of Charity Foundation as Humanitarian of the Year at the 21st Annual Flame of Charity Dinner, a fundraiser supporting Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Metuchen.

At K&LNG, Mr. La Rocco's practice focuses on insurance and complex litigation and commercial disputes involving corporations and non-profit organizations, including religious institutions.

Peter J. Kalis, chair of the Kirkpatrick Management Committee, has been named by Los Angeles-based Lawdragon Magazine as one of the 5000 Leading Lawyers in America. The list is based on the nominations and evaluations of corporate attorneys, litigators, judges, in-house counsel, prosecutors, law school professors, pro bono practitioners, law firm managers, and legal recruiters across the United States.

new community housing being developed for students attending colleges and
universities in the city of Newark, will consist of five- and thirteen-story residential
buildings complete with a fitness center, theater room, business center,
game room, laundry room, recreation area, 6,300 square feet of new street level
retail and a 355 space structured parking garage.
