Cozen O'Connor member and director of strategic expansion Elaine M. Rinaldi was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal and National Association of Women Business Owners 2005 Women of Distinction list. Rinaldi was honored along with 24 of the region's most dynamic women who are making headlines in their professional field and in their community at the Eighth Annual Awards Banquet on Nov. 30. She is being profiled in a special section of the Philadelphia Business Journal's December 2 issue.
Lance I. Levine recently joined Cozen O'Connor's New York Midtown office as a member in the business law department. Mr. Levine concentrates his practice in real estate law, focusing on real estate finance. He has represented mezzanine lenders, mortgage lenders and real estate developers in numerous debt and equity transactions, and also advises both lenders and borrowers with respect to construction projects.
Nicholas L. Magali recently joined Cozen O'Connor's New York Downtown office as a member in the insurance department. Mr. Magali concentrates his practice in the areas of complex tort litigation as well as construction and labor law, products and premises liability.
