Integrity Interactive has announced a complete suite of online training courses designed to meet the new California sexual harassment two-hour training requirement for supervisors. Leveraging the success of Integrity's interactive story-based methodology, the new suite of courses helps companies to meet the statutory requirement to provide training to their California supervisors and managers.
Under the California statute AB1825, employers must provide two hours of sexual harassment training and education to all supervisory employees by January 1, and continue to provide this training to each supervisory employee once every two years. Integrity's California sexual harassment training suite addresses the unique challenges companies face in offering two hours of effective, accountable sexual harassment training to managers and supervisors within a state mandated deadline.
Integrity's California sexual harassment training includes the following three courses, each designed to be completed in 40 minutes:
Preventing Sexual Harassment;
Recognizing Sexual Harassment;
Mutual Respect for Managers and Supervisors.
To make it easier for California employers to comply with this new statute, Integrity's courses include a timer to ensure the two-hour timeline is met and an Ask the Expert feature to allow for employee questions and interaction.For more information, visit www.integrity-interactive.com.
