The international law firm Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has announced that partner Glenn Manishin has been named chair of the firm's litigation practice in the Washington, DC and Tysons Corner, VA offices. The creation of this new role is reflective of Kelley Drye's commitment to and focus on further expanding the litigation practice firm-wide.
Mr. Manishin's experience has centered on complex commercial litigation in the areas of antitrust, telecommunications and technology policy, and intellectual property. He has represented clients in ground-breaking cases ranging from the government's Sherman Act monopolization prosecution of Microsoft, to federal appellate cases reviewing the FCC's landmark decisions on telephone competition and media concentration. Mr. Manishin also writes and lectures frequently, appearing as a commentator in such national media as CNN, CBS, Bloomberg, PBS, Fox News and NPR.
