Winston & Strawn Paris Labor Practice Bolstered, New Practice Head Named

Winstron & Strawn LLP announced the hiring of four attorneys from Kahn & Associés, including Sébastien Ducamp, who joins the firm as a partner and head of the office's labor law department. Joining as associates are Barbara Hart, Blaise Deltombe and Vanessa Lerner.

Mr. Ducamp, who was co-chair of the labor practice at Kahn, and his team have extensive experience counseling French and multinational clients in matters related to labor litigation.

Winston & Strawn opened its Paris office in 1995 with three attorneys, and since that time has grown steadily to its current ranks of 40 attorneys, 11 of whom are partners.

Mr. Ducamp focuses his practice on all aspects of labor and employment law, including labor law considerations related to corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, venture capital financings and any related labor law issues.

The new team will augment the work of Vanessa Benichou, who has been with Winston & Strawn since 2000.
