Real Estate Lawyers Join Seyfarth Shaw

Seyfarth Shaw LLP announced recently that Peter J. Korda and Tracey A. Leitman have joined the firm's New York office as partners in the Real Estate Practice. Mr. Korda comes from Mezz Cap (a commercial real estate finance company) where he was a managing director and chief legal counsel. Ms. Leitman most recently served as senior vice president at Mezz Cap.

"Their established reputations and practices in the New York and national real estate markets are a strong complement to our existing team."

Mr. Korda and Ms. Leitman are real estate attorneys with a national practice specialization in real estate finance. Their expertise covers a wide spectrum of lending transactions, including closing transactions structured for capital markets sales; permanent, interim and construction financing; mezzanine loans; syndicated transactions and loan workouts and restructures.

Seyfarth Shaw also has announced that Robert W. Dremluk has joined the firm's New York office as partner in the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Dremluk was previously Counsel at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP.
