Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP has added a new of counsel to its litigation department.

Based in the firm's Philadelphia office, James C. King focuses his practice on a diverse range of insurance company disputes including defense of bad faith, class action, pharmaceutical liability and motor vehicle claims. He has handled numerous complex cases in a wide variety of contexts ranging from breach of contract to medical malpractice and product liability.

Stradley Ronon partner and Securities Litigation Group Chair David C. Franceski Jr. spoke at the Securities Industry Association's Compliance and Legal Division Annual Meeting in Palm Desert, CA early last month. Mr. Franceski took part in a panel discussion on Arbitration from an Arbitrator's Perspective. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Franceski represents nationally known broker dealers, investment companies and other financial institutions. He also counsels clients with respect to insider trading, regulatory inquiries, formal investigations and enforcement actions, and regularly appears before governmental agencies and self-regulatory organizations with responsibility for securities industry oversight.
