Saul Ewing Attorney Discusses Cooperative Buying

William W. Warren Jr., a partner in the Business Department in the Harrisburg office of Saul Ewing LLP and a member of the firm's Construction Industry Service Team and the Technology Transactions and IP Practice Group, was a member of the faculty for Public Contracting in Pennsylvania, a recent two-day Pennsylvania Bar Institute program that covered how state government procures services, supplies, and construction.

Mr. Warren has extensive experience in governmental procurement of technology, equipment, and commodities and services. His presentation at the first session was titled Cooperative Purchasing - Making Co-stars of Political Subdivisions. He also served on a panel discussing The Protest Experience - Hurdles, Pitfalls and Lessons Learned.
