Three Lawyers Join WolfBlock's Delaware Office

WolfBlock has announced the addition of two new partners and an associate to the firm's Delaware office. Formerly of the Wilmington office of Duane Morris, Thomas P. McGonigle and Shawn P. Tucker joined WolfBlock as partners and George J. Danneman joins the firm as an associate.

Mr. McGonigle is the managing partner of the Delaware office and is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and administrative law, affordable housing and community development, and government and regulatory matters.

He currently serves as counsel to the Delaware State Housing Authority. He served as chief legal counsel and policy director to former Delaware Governor (and now U.S. Senator) Thomas R. Carper.By appointment of Governor Ruth Ann Minner, he also serves as Chair of the Delaware Nursing Home Residents Quality Assurance Commission and a member of the Delaware Criminal Justice Counsel.

Mr. Tucker is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group with extensive experience in zoning and subdivision law, real estate, land use litigation, government procurement and regulatory matters. Mr. Tucker was one of the principal authors of New Castle County' s new zoning and subdivision code, the Unified Development Code, which contains all of the county's new regulations related to the zoning and subdivision of property. Shortly after its enactment, Mr. Tucker was tapped to lead New Castle County's Land Use Department.

WolfBlock has announced the addition of a new partner at its Cherry Hill, NJ office. Formerly of FlasterGreenberg, where he was chair of the Litigation Department, Ralph P. Ferrara joins WolfBlock's Business Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Ferrara focuses his practice on general litigation matters with a particular emphasis on construction and complex commercial litigation. Named one of the top attorneys in South Jersey ( SJ Magazine, 2003 and 2004), Mr. Ferrara has extensive trial experience, having handled more than 200 trials, hearings and arbitrations combined.

WolfBlock also has announced that Helene S. Jaron has joined the firm's Real Estate Structured Finance Group as a partner. She joins WolfBlock from Dechert's Philadelphia office.

Ms. Jaron focuses her practice on real estate finance and securitization.

WolfBlock has announced that William H. Dippert has joined the firm as a partner, resident in the New York office. Mr. Dippert is a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property/Information Technology Practice Group and specializes in advising clients on intellectual property-related issues for startups, initial public offerings, private placements, financings, and restructurings. He has extensive experience in U.S. and international patent prosecution, licensing and counseling, especially involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, polymer and organic chemistry, bioengineering, nanotechnology, and other medical-related technology.
