Fox Rothschild LLP, a full-service law firm with offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York, has announced that it has joined with the West Palm Beach, FL firmof August, Kulunas, Dawson & Siegel, P.A., a nationally recognized boutique law firm specializing in federal and state taxation, estate planning and administration, and tax litigation.

The Florida lawyers will join Fox Rothschild's Tax and Estates Department which currently includes 43 lawyers. Jerry August and Steven Levitt, the present chair, will co-chair the Tax and Estates Department.

Although Mr. August will serve as the office managing partner of Fox Rothschild's new West Palm Beach office, he will also spend considerable time in the firm's Philadelphia and Princeton offices to help serveclients on a firm-wide basis.

August, Kulunas, Dawson & Siegel, P.A. was founded in 1988. Mr. August has earned national recognition for his expertise in corporate and partnership taxation as well as in federal estate and gift taxation. He is editor-in-chief of Business Entities, a leading national taxation publication and is Vice-Chair for Publications of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association and in that capacity serves as editor-in-chief of the quarterly publication, The Tax Lawyer . Guy Maxfield, who is of counsel to the firm, is a professor emeritus at the New York University School of Law. In addition to teaching tax law for more than 35 years at NYU, Mr. Maxfield is a co-author of the leading treatise on federal estate and gift taxation, published by Warren Gorham & La Mont.

With this addition, Fox Rothschild LLP will grow to almost 300 lawyers. The firm has a total of 10 offices, including Philadelphia, Princeton,Atlantic City, Bucks County (PA), Chester County (PA), Montgomery County (PA), New York City, Pittsburgh, Wilmington, and now West Palm Beach, Florida.
