Two Forensic Accountants Join Eisner

Eisner LLP, an accounting, tax and advisory services firm, has announced that Walter J. Pagano has joined the firm as a partner and Deborah L. Kovalik has joined as a director.

Mr. Pagano brings more than 30 years of forensic accounting experience to his role as a partner in Eisner's legal support services group. He formerly served as director, litigation services of tax and forensic accounting at another public accounting firm.

Mr. Pagano has expertise in testifying in federal and state courts as well as at arbitration hearings, and has served as a federal, state and bankruptcy court appointed forensic accountant and special fiscal agent.

Ms. Kovalik has served as a forensic accountant and fraud auditor in commercial and civil litigation, white collar financial crime, civil and criminal tax, employee and management fraud, financial statement fraud, shareholder disputes and Chapter 7 Trusteematters.

Ms. Kovalik also has served as expert consultant in civil and criminal matters, and expert testifying witness in a Chapter 7 federal bankruptcy matter.
