Chadbourne Boosts London Office With Five Reinsurance/Insurance Partners

The international law firm of Chadbourne & Parke LLP has announced that Adrian Mecz, Christopher Cardona, Michelle George, John Barlow and Mark Pring will be joining the insurance and reinsurance practice as partners in the London office of Chadbourne & Parke, the affiliated multinational partnership of Chadbourne & Parke LLP.

Mr. Mecz, Mr. Cardona and Ms. George also will be partners in Chadbourne & Parke LLP.

The five partners join Chadbourne's long-established reinsurance and insurance practice. Chadbourne's reinsurance and insurance group offers clients an experienced interdisciplinary legal team able to address virtually any legal issue affecting the reinsurance and insurance industry.

Mr. Mecz, Mr. Cardona and Ms. George are widely recognized among some of the leading insurance lawyers in the UK, and are highly ranked in the 2005 edition of Chambers UK: A Client's Guide to the UK Legal Profession.

Mr. Mecz regularly represents the London market and international insurers and reinsurers in high-value disputes involving banks and other financial lines of risk.

Mr. Cardona specializesin the resolution of high-value insurance and reinsurance disputes, particularly on an international level.

Ms. George has extensive experience handling reinsurance disputes, often with an international element, as well as a wide range of professional indemnity and product liability claims.

Mr. Barlow has extensive expertise involving the insurance of financial institutionsthroughout the world.

Mr. Pring has significant experience of handling high-profile multi-jurisdictional disputes.
