WolfBlock has announced that seven of its attorneys have been elected as partners in the firm. Four of the seven, Charles Hart, Michael Rosenberg, Adam Silverman and William Wright, are resident in the Philadelphia office. Brooks Clarke and Dov Goldman are resident in the New York office and Susan Dromsky-Reed is in the firm's Roseland, New Jersey office.
Mr. Hart and Mr. Rosenberg are members of the Business Litigation Practice Group.
Mr. Silverman is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group and practices in the area of commercial real estate.
Mr. Wright is a member of the Employment Services Practice Group.
Mr. Clark is a member of the firm's Real Estate and Real Estate Structured Finance Practice Groups.
Mr. Goldman is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group and concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and mortgage conduit lending.
Ms. Dromsky-Reed is a member of the Private Client Services Group. She concentrates her practice in estate planning.
WolfBlock has welcomed Deborah Holzman to its Roseland, NJ office in the Health Law Practice Group. She is experienced in representing both professionals and corporate entities in administrative, licensing and regulatory proceedings before professional boards and governmental agencies. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Holzman served as a regulatory analyst and then as chief of regulatory affairs for the New Jersey State Division of Consumer Affairs.
WolfBlock has announced that John D. Fanberg will take over as a managing partner for the Roseland, NJ office, which operates under the name WolfBlock Brach Eisler. He will replace Alan R. Hammer who is stepping down to devote his efforts to his practice and his continuing business operations. The appointment of Mr. Fanberg comes at the recommendation of Stuart M. Gladstone, Charles X. Gormally and Mr. Hammer, all of whom currently serve and will continue as members of the firm's Executive Committee.
Mr. Fanberg serves as chair of WolfBlock's Health Law Practice Group. A leader in the health law arena, he represents hospitals, medical specialty groups and statewide physician specialty organizations.
