Roberts & Holland Announces Tax Insights Series

Roberts & Holland, the nation's largest tax boutique law firm, recently announced the introduction of a bi-monthly series in The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel called "Tax Insights by Roberts & Holland." The first article in the series will appear in the March 2005 issue.

Designed to focus on critical elements of tax law, each essay will provide counsel with insight into the many facets of current federal, state and local tax, legislative and regulatory matters, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance issues.

The more than 40 lawyers at Roberts & Holland have been acknowledged as authorities in their respective practice areas and have been called on by government officials at all levels during the legislative process, including constitutional challenges that have resulted in laws being amended.
