Bryan Cave Elects 16 Partners In Offices Across The U.S.

Bryan Cave LLP has elected 16 new partners effective January 1. The new partners are located in offices from St. Louis, Phoenix, New York City, Kansas City, Santa Monica, Irvine and Chicago.

The new partners are:

  • David E. Fisher, New York, who practices within the firm's Corporate Finance & Securities; Transactions; Banking, Business & Public Finance; and Entrepreneurial, Technology & Commercial Practice Client Service Groups.

  • Pamela S. Gates, Phoenix, a member of the firm's Environmental Client Service Group. Her practice includes toxic tort litigation, cost recovery actions, environmental insurance coverage, regulatory counseling, enforcement defense and permitting.

  • Victoria I. Goldson, St. Louis, is a member of the Real Estate Development, Construction & Project Finance Client Service Group.

  • David P. Kasakove, New York, is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation; Labor & Employment; and Securities Enforcement, Compliance & Litigation Client Service Groups.

  • Jonathan J. Lautt, Kansas City, practices in the Banking, Business & Public Finance and Real Estate Development, Construction & Project Finance Client Service Groups.

  • Christopher J. Lawhorn, St. Louis, is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors' Rights Client Service Groups.

  • Jeffrey A. Modisett, Santa Monica, former attorney general of Indiana, has served as an assistant U.S. attorney in Los Angeles, as prosecuting attorney in Marion County, Ind., and as executive assistant to Indiana Governor Evan Bayh. Mr. Modisett is managing partner of the firm's Santa Monica office.
