Litigator/Arbitrator Joins WolfBlock

WolfBlock recently announced that Lani A. Adler has joined the firm as a partner in the New York City office.

Ms. Adler joins the Business Litigation Practice Group from Becker, Glynn, Melamed & Muffly in New York. She counsels an extensive array of foreign and domestic clients and is experienced in handling a variety of litigation and arbitration matters.

Ms. Adler served as a law clerk to the Hon. Jack B. Weinstein, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Wolf Block attorney Alan C, Kessler has been elected vice chairman of the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors for 2005. He was first appointed tothe USPS Board of Governors in November 2000 by President Clinton. He also serves as chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee for the board.

Mr. Kessler is a partner in WolfBlock's Business Litigation Practice Group and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

WolfBlock lawyer Abbe Fletman has been appointed as a lifetime member of the Board of Directors of the Free Library of Philadelphia by Mayor John Street. Ms. Fletman is a partner in the Business Litigation Practice and Intellectual Property and Information Technology groups.
