Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP has expanded its intellectual property litigation practice with the addition of partners Michael A. O'Shea and Frank C. Cimino Jr. and four associates, the firm has announced.
Mr. O'Shea and Mr. Cimino focus their practices on patent litigation and licensing. Collectively, they have litigated patent cases for Fortune 500 companies in virtually every technology - including semiconductors, biotechnology, medical instrumentation, automobiles, building materials, injection molding, photoreceptors, software, specialty chemicals, telephony protocols and wireless devices - in district courts nationwide, as well as before the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Joining Mr. O'Shea and Mr. Cimino are associates John Caracappa, Paul Gennari, Rashida Lockhart and Jin-Suk Park.
