Andrew F. Palmieri, a counsel inthe Alexandria (VA) office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, has been named a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA).
Fellowship in ACMA is by nomination only and is limited to preeminent lawyers with extensive experience in real estate law and demonstrated dedication to the profession. Mr. Palmieri is one of only six lawyers in Virginia who are members ofthis elite organization.
ACMA, founded in 1974 and based in Rockville, MD, is a national college of highly skilled lawyers experienced in the preparation of real estate mortgages, lending transactions secured by real estate, and related practices.
Mr. Palmieri's practice concentrates on complex commercial, corporate and real estate transactions, including the development and acquisition of multi-family residential and commercial real estate projects.
A member of the American Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, Mr. Palmieri is the co-chair of its Real Property Division Continuing Legal Education Committee, and the co-chair of the section's Membership Committee.
